Regulation — Licensed
IQ Option is the only broker on this list holding a European investment-firm licence: CySEC 247/14, issued 30 July 2014 and listed as Authorised on the CySEC public register. Its separate crypto-asset registration was withdrawn in 2023, but the investment-firm licence is unaffected. Its non-EEA business runs through a separate offshore entity outside tier-1 supervision.
Where IQ Option will not open an account
IQ Option does not onboard from roughly 39 countries, and Europe is a special case — binary options have been prohibited for EU retail traders since 2018, so the EEA entity offers CFDs only.

Create or open your IQ Option account
You need an active IQ Option account to trade. If you already have one you can use it — there is no separate broker account for AutobotSignal.

Install the desktop app
Automation runs on the AutobotSignal desktop app for Windows and macOS. Download the current release and sign in with your AutobotSignal account.

Connect IQ Option
In the app open Brokers, choose IQ Option, and sign in with your IQ Option email and password. No API keys are required. The session is created on your device.

Choose a signal source
Connect an AI agent, a Telegram channel, a TradingView or MetaTrader alert, or follow a trader with Copy Trade. This is what decides when to enter.

Set your rules and start
Configure stake, expiry, daily trade cap and stop-loss/take-profit, then arm the session. Every incoming signal is checked against your rules before it executes.

IQ Option's standard forex instruments close at the weekend. The app reads each asset's open/closed state from the broker and declines a signal into a closed market instead of firing it late — the refusal is written to your journal with its reason.

If supervision matters to you, IQ Option's CySEC licence is verifiable on the regulator's public register. Note that this constrains what it may offer where: EU retail traders get CFDs, not binary options.
