1. The service

AutobotSignal provides AI-assisted market analysis, trading signals, and automation tooling that connects to third-party brokerage accounts you own. AutobotSignal is a software tool — it is not a broker, custodian, investment adviser, or financial-advice service. Your funds remain with your broker at all times; we never hold, receive, or transfer client money.

2. No financial advice

Signals, analytics, agent output, and any other content are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and for the configuration of any automation you enable.

3. Risk disclosure

Trading leveraged and derivative products involves substantial risk of loss. Automated strategies can execute trades faster than you can intervene and can lose money quickly, including in ways past performance does not predict. Never trade with funds you cannot afford to lose. Built-in risk controls (drawdown limits, position caps, circuit breakers) reduce but do not eliminate risk.

4. Your account and broker connections

  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential.
  • You may only connect brokerage accounts that you own and are authorized to trade on.
  • Broker connections operate with scoped trading permissions; you can revoke them at any time from your broker or from Settings.
  • You are responsible for complying with your broker's terms and the laws of your jurisdiction, including whether automated trading is permitted where you live.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to abuse, reverse-engineer, resell, or disrupt the service; not to use it for market manipulation or any unlawful activity; and not to exceed the usage limits of your plan.

6. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing; access continues to the end of the paid period. Prices and plan limits may change with notice before your next renewal.

7. Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We work to keep the platform available around the clock but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutobotSignal is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from use of the service, including losses caused by downtime, data delays, broker outages, or signal inaccuracy.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Sections 2, 3, and 7 survive termination.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app before they take effect. Questions: reach us through the community channel or your account's support options.
